Warranty & Returns Policy

At FullTuck, we stand behind the quality of our services and the parts or products we sell. This policy explains how warranties and returns work across different areas of our business: repairs, direct sales, and our community marketplace.
1. Repairs & Servicing Warranty
All motorcycles repaired or serviced by FullTuck come with a 30-day workmanship warranty, covering:
Issues directly related to our repairs or services
Faulty installations of parts or components
Exclusions:
Wear and tear, misuse, neglect, or damage caused after collection
Faults unrelated to the original repair
Issues caused by third-party interference or unauthorised work
To claim under this warranty, you must:
Return the vehicle to our workshop for inspection
Provide proof of the original service or repair
2. Direct Sales to Customers (Parts, Gear, Bikes)
Items sold directly by FullTuck (not through the marketplace) are:
Checked and tested prior to sale (unless sold “as-is”)
May include a limited warranty (if stated at time of purchase)
Returns:
You may return eligible items within 14 days of purchase for a refund or exchange
Returned items must be unused, in the same condition, and with original packaging
Buyer is responsible for return delivery costs unless the item is faulty
Non-Returnable Items:
Custom or modified parts
Clearance items marked "final sale"
Items sold as-is or marked "no warranty"
3. “Sell to Us” Transactions
When you sell your motorcycle, gear, or parts directly to FullTuck:
All sales are final
We do not accept returns or buy-backs after payment
You must confirm you are the legal owner of the item
4. Marketplace Listings (User-to-User Sales)
FullTuck provides a platform for users to list and buy/sell motorcycles, parts, and gear.
We do not guarantee the condition, quality, or accuracy of items listed by other users. Transactions are made at your own risk.
Important Notes:
No returns or warranty claims can be made to FullTuck for items sold via the marketplace
Buyers and sellers are responsible for their own agreements, payments, and exchanges
