Welcome to FullTuck. By accessing or using our services — including repairs, purchases, and marketplace features — you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read carefully.

1. About Us

FullTuck (“we”, “our”, “us”) offers motorcycle repairs, parts sales, and a community marketplace for motorcycles, parts, and gear. These Terms apply to all interactions with our business and website.

2. Our Services Include

Motorcycle repair and custom work
Buying motorcycles, parts, or gear directly from customers (“Sell to Us”)
Online marketplace where users can list items for sale

3. Repair Services

Repairs are booked subject to availability. Timeframes are estimates only. All completed work must be collected within 7 days or a daily storage fee will apply.

4. Sell to Us – Direct Sales to FullTuck

When you sell an item directly to FullTuck:

Ownership: You confirm you are the legal owner and have the right to sell the item.
Assessment: We assess condition and value before making a formal offer.
Payments: If we agree to purchase, payments will be made via bank transfer or other agreed method within 3 business days.
Final Sale: All sales are final. Items sold to FullTuck become our property upon payment.

5. Marketplace – User Listings

We provide a platform for users to list motorcycles, parts, or gear.

By using the marketplace, you agree to:

Only list items you legally own
Accurately describe all listings including any known faults
Avoid illegal, dangerous, or fraudulent activity
Keep all communication respectful and professional

FullTuck is not liable for:

The accuracy of listings
Transactions or disputes between users
Condition or delivery of any item bought through the marketplace

We reserve the right to remove listings or ban users at our discretion.

6. Payments & Fees

Repair/service fees are due upon completion.
Marketplace listings may become subject to listing or success-based fees in the future (with notice).
Marketplace sales between users are handled externally; we do not process payments unless FullTuck is the direct buyer.

7. Returns & Warranties

Repairs: 30-day workmanship guarantee applies.
Direct Sales: All items sold to us are final.
Marketplace: Returns or disputes are handled between buyer and seller.

8. Customer Responsibilities

Provide truthful and accurate information.
Pick up your vehicle or parts within 7 days of notification.
Respect others using our platform or services.

9. Intellectual Property

All FullTuck content, branding, and media is owned by FullTuck. You may not reuse, replicate, or distribute any part of our site or materials without permission.

10. Privacy Policy

We collect personal data solely to operate our services — including communications, invoicing, and user accounts. We do not sell your data and take reasonable precautions to keep it safe.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of our services after updates means you accept the changes.

12. Governing Law

The laws of the United Kingdom govern these Terms, and any disputes shall be resolved in its courts.
